User-Generated Content
When you submit assignments, participate in discussions, or create content as part of our courses, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your submissions for educational and promotional purposes, including showcasing student work and improving our programs.
5. Course Enrollment and Payment Terms
Enrollment Process
- Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment
- Class sizes are limited and enrollment is first-come, first-served
- Course schedules and start dates are subject to minimum enrollment requirements
- Completion certificates are issued upon successful course completion
Payment and Refund Policy
Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full upon enrollment
- Prices are listed in Euros (EUR)
- Payment plans may be available for longer courses
- All payments are processed securely
Refund Policy
- Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment
- 50% refund available before course start date
- No refunds after course commencement
- Refunds processed within 14 business days
Course Access and Attendance
Course access and attendance requirements:
- Students receive access to course materials upon enrollment confirmation
- Live sessions are recorded for enrolled students who cannot attend
- Course materials remain accessible for 6 months after completion
- Minimum 80% attendance required for course completion
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including:
- No guarantee of specific career outcomes or employment opportunities

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved through:
- 1. Initial attempt at informal resolution through direct communication
- 2. Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Cyprus
- 3. Arbitration or court proceedings in Nicosia, Cyprus if necessary
